Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation Clients can book services without upfront payment. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS for your consultation. This initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary and helps us assess your needs for a custom quote. Custom Quote, Agreement, and Payment After your consultation, we will provide a personalized quote based on your requirements. Once you agree to the terms and transfer payment, the service request will be added to our queue for processing. At this stage, the sale is final, and no refunds are issued. Cancellations and Refunds Since booking a consultation incurs no cost, cancellations are straightforward before the service agreement is signed and payment made. However, after payment is received and the service request is scheduled, the sale is considered final. Exceptions may apply in cases of severe circumstances, at eRhine management’s sole discretion. Late Arrivals If you anticipate a late arrival, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, sessions may be shortened to respect other scheduled appointments.
