2. Free Consultation Cancellations

No Fees: Cancellations for free 15-minute consultations are accepted without any fees.

Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. You may reschedule through your eRhine portal or by contacting us directly.
3. Service Cancellation Terms
Once a service booking is confirmed and a quote is provided, eRhine LLC will initiate preparations for delivering the requested service. Each service requires an upfront payment before commencement, following your acceptance of the quote.

Pre-Commencement Cancellations: If a cancellation request is submitted before the service begins, a full or partial refund may be provided based on the time and resources allocated to the preparation.

Post-Commencement Cancellations: Once work on the service has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, as resources and time have already been invested.
4. Custom Quote Services
For services quoted individually based on complexity and file review:

Finality of Sales: Once payment is made and work begins, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided.

Exceptions: eRhine LLC reserves the right to make exceptions under extraordinary circumstances (e.g., severe or unavoidable client issues), but such exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of management.
5. Cancellation Fees
For some services, eRhine LLC reserves the right to apply cancellation fees to cover administrative costs, especially for cancellations occurring after significant preparation work.

6. Cancellation of Subscription-Based Plans
If you have purchased a membership or subscription plan, cancellations must be requested prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.

Monthly Plans: You may cancel your subscription before the next monthly renewal date to avoid charges.

Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan after the billing period begins, no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the term.
7. Changes to Bookings
Clients wishing to reschedule or make adjustments to their bookings can do so by contacting eRhine LLC directly. We strive to accommodate reasonable requests based on availability, but rescheduling may be subject to additional fees depending on the service and preparation required.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Under certain exceptional circumstances, eRhine LLC may grant cancellations or refunds that fall outside the standard terms. These include, but are not limited to:
