1. Booking Process
All eRhine services are initially booked without payment, allowing us to gather essential information about your needs. Here’s how the booking process works:

Initial Consultation: After booking, clients qualify for a free 15-minute consultation. During this consultation, we discuss the service scope, assess your needs, and confirm that the selected service aligns with your goals.

2. Payment Terms
Once the quote is accepted, payment details will be provided to you. Full payment is required before we begin work on your request. Accepted payment methods will be specified based on your location and preferences.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

After Payment and Service Commencement: Once payment has been received and the service agreement is signed, your request is added to our queue and considered active. Cancellations at this stage will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Before Service Begins: If a service cancellation request is made before the service work commences, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the specific service and preparation already completed.

After Service Begins: Once the service has commenced, the sale is final, and refunds will not be provided. Exceptions may be made in rare cases where severe circumstances apply, and refund approval will be at the sole discretion of eRhine management.

Custom Quotes: Custom-quoted services are tailored to each client’s needs, and refunds for these services are generally not provided once work has begun.
5. Rescheduling Guidelines
If you need to reschedule a consultation or service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time.
6. Exceptions
eRhine LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. This may include partial refunds or other accommodations for clients who experience unavoidable circumstances. Such exceptions are solely at eRhine’s discretion.
